All orders placed through Next Era Peptide are final. Returns, refunds, exchanges, and post-submission reversals are not offered under standard circumstances. Customers should review their order carefully before submitting checkout details and payment information.
Exceptions
We stand behind the quality and accuracy of every order we ship. The following situations may qualify for a resolution on a case-by-case basis:
- Missing items. If your order arrives and one or more items are missing from the package, contact us immediately.
- Damaged items. If a product arrives broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged during transit, contact us immediately.
- Lost packages. If carrier tracking confirms that your package was lost in transit and never delivered, contact us so we can investigate and resolve the situation.
Documentation Requirement
All claims for missing or damaged items must include photo or video evidence taken at the time of opening the package. Documentation must clearly show the condition of the outer packaging as well as the contents upon first opening. Claims submitted without evidence recorded at the time of unboxing cannot be processed. We take every claim seriously, but we require proof to ensure fair resolution for all customers.
How to File a Claim
Contact us at support@nexterapeptide.com or through our contact form within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and the required documentation. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.
Shipping and Transit Events
Standard carrier delays, service interruptions, and delivery timing fluctuations do not create refund eligibility once an order has been transferred to the carrier. However, packages confirmed lost by the carrier are covered under the exceptions listed above.
Order Discretion
Next Era Peptide reserves the right to cancel an order at its sole discretion before fulfillment. In those limited cases, the order outcome will be handled directly by store administration.
